How to Get There from Bangkok

By Air

SGA Airlines operates daily flights between Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi Airport) and Hua Hin. The flights take about 1 hour.

By Car

From Bangkok, drive for about 3 hours along Highway 35 (Thon Buri - Pak Tho route) via Samut Songkhram. Then turn left to Highway 4 (Phetkasem Road) via Phetchaburi and Hua Hin to Prachuap Khiri Khan. The total distance is 281 kilometres.

Another route is Highway 4 by driving via Buddha Monthon, Nakhon Pathom, Ratchaburi and Phetchaburi, a total distance of 320 km. or about 4 hours' drive.

By Bus

  1. There are non-stop VIP coaches direct from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Hua Hin, taking approximately 3.5 hours. For more information, visit www.airporthuahinbus.com.
  2. From Bangkok, aircon buses to Hua Hin leave from the Southern Bus Terminal about every 30 minutes and take around 3.5 hours.

By Train

Trains leave Hua Lamphong (Bangkok Railway Station) for Hua Hin 12 times daily and Prachuap Khiri Khan 9 times daily. Please check the timetable before traveling at the Bangkok Railway Station.
