are some helpful tips.
• Be well rested the night before.
• Check whether your vehicle is in good condition for
a journey.
• Have a full check-up of your car every 6,000 miles.
• Carry a spare tire in the trunk and know how to change
a flat tire.
• Clean the car's windows, lights, mirrors, and reflectors
at least once a week.
• Do not rely on stimulants (caffeine or amphetamine).
• Stop to rest from time to time to exercise and stretch.
• Keep in mind that smooth and straight roads that are
boring are specially
dangerous.
• Do not travel on an empty stomach, make sure to eat
a well-balanced meal before.
• Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol.
• All passengers in the car should wear a seat belt.
• Put children in proper car seats or restraints.
• Don't drink and drive or ride with someone who has been
drinking.
