Buri is situated on the secluded northern Mae Nam Bay, which provides

of Ko Pa Ngan and other surrounding islands. |

total area is 15 rai, approximately 6 acres. We are only 20 minutes’
drive from Nathon Pier as well as the busy shopping and nightlife
centre of Chaweng. It takes approximately 20-30 minutes to the airport. |

One-Bedroom
Buri Pool Villas
The One-Bedroom Buri Pool Villas
comprise 18 villas of 4 regional differences in style. Each villa,
surrounded by the tropical gardens, has its separate bathroom/living
area.
Each bedroom comes with a private bathroom featuring a double
vanity unit, WC, sunken bath/shower and contains generous hanging
and drawer space, luggage rack, personal safe, umbrellas and slippers
plus a wide range of guest amenities. From the room, lead to your
own pool is a sundeck lounge. |
One-Bedroom
Samui Pool Villas
The One-Bedroom Samui Pool Villas consist of 10 villas
of 4 regional differences in style. Each villa has the similar
features as Buri Pool Villas, except it is not equipped with living
room space.
Deluxe Hotel Rooms
Two-Bedroom Royal Suite (210
sq.m.)
The Royal Suite is located on the 2nd floor of the main hotel,
Building B, with views of the Gulf of Thailand. The Suite has
2 bedrooms, 1 king-size bedroom and 1 twin-bed bedroom, and 1
living room. Each bedroom comes with a private bathroom featuring
a double vanity unit, luggage rack, personal safe, umbrellas and
slippers plus a wide range of guest amenities. Each room has air-conditioning,
private terrace with sun deck lounges, and Jacuzzi bathtub and
equipped with a coffee table, writing desk and mini bar.
One-Bedroom Executive Suite
(140 sq.m.)
The Executive Suite is located on the 2nd floor
of the main hotel, Building A, with views of the Gulf of Thailand.
This Suite has 1 king-size bedroom and 1 living room. Each room
comes with a private bathroom featuring a double vanity unit,
luggage rack, personal safe, umbrellas and slippers plus a wide
range of guest amenities. Each room has air-conditioning, private
terrace with sun deck lounges, and Jacuzzi bathtub and equipped
with a coffee table, writing desk and mini bar.

Deluxe
Pool (70 sq.m.)
The 24 Deluxe Pool rooms are located on the ground floor
of Buildings A and B. Each room features a king-size bed,
writing desk, TV and mini bar. The bathroom contains a double
vanity unit with separate WC and shower.
Generous hanging and drawer space is provided together with
a luggage rack, personal safe, umbrellas, slippers plus
a large range of guest amenities. An outdoor sun lounge
is provided with a direct access to the shared large pool.
Deluxe (70 sq.m.)
The 24 Deluxe rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor
of Buildings A and B. Each Deluxe room has the same features
as Deluxe Pool. The difference is Deluxe room on the upper
floor is not equipped with pool facilities. |

CHILD POLICY:
- Child - 1 to 3 Years Old is sharing accommodation including
free breakfast.
- Child - Under 12 Years Old is sharing accommodation but
compulsory breakfast@250 Net Thai Baht/child/day.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING POLICY:
- 50% Deposit before arrival during Peak Season.
- 30% Deposit before arrival during High & Low Season.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellation of booking Less than Twenty One (21) days
before arrival date during peak season, 50% of deposit is
non refundable.
- Cancellation of booking Less than Seven (7) days before
arrival date during high season, 30% of deposit is non refundable.
- Cancellation of booking made before Seven (7) days of
arrival date during high & low season, deposit is refundable.
