Cancellation And No-show Policies
• F.I.T, Before 7 days for low season and 14 day for high and 21 days for peak season before arrival date.
• Group, 15 days for low season and 30 day for high and peak season before arrival date.
• No show, 1 night charge will be applied from the number of room.

Reservations
Reservations must be in writing (e-mail or fax). Your reservation, room rate and receipt of deposit will be confirmed in writing, by the hotelier. To avoid problems, reservations should never be made orally.
