Carte Blanche Gourmet Restaurant
Carte Blanche Gourmet Restaurant offers a comprehensive A La Carte Menu, inspired by some of the greatest in culinary culture from the Mediterranean region. You will find classic French dishes happily rubbing shoulders with North African specialties. The menu changes as season turns to reflect the best available ingredients at the time.

Each month, there will be “The Carte Blanche Gastronaut Meal” that has been described as “easily warranting a Michelin Star”, including 8 great wines, an 8-course meal, and a company of 8 diners.

Luverly Pub
Eating Thai food is one of the great pleasures of coming to Thailand. But we are here for that time when you want something familiar, good fare guarantee to fill you up, that does not cost a fortune. This is the reason for our pub menu, and we put as much effort into it as we do with our Carte Blanche Gourmet Restaurant.
Main Bar & Lounge
The heart and soul of the whole place

The lounge bar is light and airy, air conditioned when needed but we have so much natural ventilation that it is not often necessary. The food menu available downstairs is traditional pub fair.

During the daytime, we have a selection of international newspapers and one of the largest collections of brochures and guides to the island for your reading pleasure. Our staffs would be delighted to advise you on any aspect of your holiday.

Garden & Playground
At The Green Man, you will experience the family friendly place. You can sit down, enjoy a few drinks and a meal, safe in the knowledge that the kids are entertained, amused in a secure and welcoming environment. Our gardens are extensive and embellished with a bouncy castle, add to that regular games and prizes and a special kids menu.

Sports Lounge
To be the home of every armchair sportsman in Phuket is our stated aim. We have every single available satellite channel including international sports channel showing on a large screen TV. The area is situated very close to the cigar room, for those righteous celebrations.
Meeting & Club Rooms
The Blue Room
Whilst the essential nature of any pub is entirely social, there is sometimes a need for privacy, whether it is a business meeting or a private party. The Blue Room has been designed specifically for this purpose. From formal company director meetings to regular meetings of associations and clubs, we can provide this space for you.

- Burns Night Supper: The traditional feast on 25th January (White Room)
- Annual Whisky Tasting: The last Saturday Evening in April (Sports Bar)
- Gamey Night: Huntin’ Shootin’ ‘n’ Fishin’ followed by a banquet on the Saturday nearest to 12th August. (The White Room)
