Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & No Show Policy

1 night refundable deposit of total booking value is required.
Refund or cancellations will be made as follows:

High season (01 November - 15 April)
* If the booking is cancelled more than 20 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded.

Green season (15 April - 31 October)
* If the booking is cancelled more than 5 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded.

No Show: The deposit will be non-refundable.

Reservations should be in writing (e-mail or fax). Your reservation must be confirmed in writing, by the hotelier. To avoid problems, reservations should never be made orally.
