Sunshine Vista serviced apartment is located in the heart of Pattaya,
Soi 3, Beach road. Its prime location in town, just 200 meters from
Pattaya beach and only 100 meters from Big C Supercenter (Central
Festival Pattaya) makes it an ideal and convenient accommodation.
Sunshine Vista offers the spacious comfort of a private residence
with the security and service of a hotel. With a vast majority
of room types from Superior, Deluxe, Studio, Executive Studio,
to Family Suite, there is always the right one to suit our guest's
preferences. All rooms have private balconies and are equipped
with standard hotel's facilities including air-conditioning, bathrooms
with separate bathtubs and shower rooms with hot and cold water,
cable TV with 40 international channels, minibars with fridges,
IDD telephones and in-room electronic safes. There are also 2 Superior rooms designed specifically for handicapped
guests. Other facilities are also well-designed to accommodate
handicapped guests for their comfort and mobility. |
Studios, Executive Studios, and Family Suites, are provided with
well appointed kitchens and dining corners. The kitchens include
large fridges, hot plates, hoods, sinks, microwave ovens, and
a full selection of chinaware, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans.
Family Suites also have separate living rooms. |
